Child Minding Conditions

LIFT provides a child-minding service for parents and guardians using the gym. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children, the following conditions apply:

a) Operating Hours: Child minding is available during advertised child-minding hours only, subject to staff availability.

b) Parent or Guardian Supervision: Parents or guardians must remain on LIFT premises at all times while their child is using the child-minding service.

c) Maximum Stay: Children may attend the child-minding room for a maximum of two hours per visit.

d) Contact Availability: Parents or guardians must remain immediately contactable by mobile phone and available to return to the child-minding room when requested by LIFT staff.

e) Food and Allergens: Foods containing common allergens are not permitted in the child-minding room.

f) Registration and Waiver: A completed child-minding registration and waiver form is required at reception before a child's first visit.

g) Personal Items and Toys: Small objects and toys must not be brought into the child-minding room due to potential safety hazards.

h) Health and Illness: Children who are unwell must not attend the child-minding service.

i) Parent or Guardian Responsibility: Parents or guardians retain legal responsibility for their children while using the service. LIFT staff provide supervision within the child-minding room during its operating hours.

LIFT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue access to the child-minding service where necessary to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of children and staff.

Child Minding Opening Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:15 pm to 6:15 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am to 11:00 am
